How it works
We at SystifyIT want to assure customers of the quality we deliver. Therefore, we encourage the customer to be involved in every stage of the project.
You, as the customer must give approval before the next phase begins.
This gives you insight into the progress of the project and you can give your opinion on time.
We work in the following way:
  • We analyze your application / request (if desired, in close consultation with you) to prepare a possible solution and plan of action.
  • Work will be divided into several phases, depending on the duration of the project.
  • We will send you a quote with an estimate of the number of hours and the total cost.
  • If you agree with this concept we require a deposit of 10% of the total cost.
  • The rest of the total amount will be distributed over the number of phases. After each approval you pay the current installment.

Rates:
- For projects less than 100 hours we charge € 30 per hour.
- For projects between 100 and 500 hours we charge € 28 per hour.
- For projects above 500 hours we charge € 25 per hour.
